Heat n Dine Pickup Policy

Store Hours:

12pm - 8pm 
Wednesday - Sunday



Order Placement:

  1. Customers can place orders online through our website.
  2. We require a minimum of 24 hours preparation time for all pickup orders.


Order Confirmation:

  1. After placing an order, customers will receive an email confirmation with the order details and time of pick up.
  2. Customers will receive a notification when their order is ready for pickup.


Pickup Process:

  1. Pickup location: 760 - 818 Holden Road, Diggers Rest, 3427.
  2. Pickup hours: Customers can pick up their orders during our store hours.
  3. When you arrive, please provide your order number and name to our staff.
  4. Our staff will verify your order and retrieve it for you.
  5. Hot goods will be handed over in temperature-controlled packaging to maintain freshness.


Safety Measures:

  1. We prioritize the safety of our customers and staff.
  2. Our staff follows strict hygiene and safety protocols when handling your food.
  3. Please maintain a safe distance from others while waiting for your order.


Cancellation and Changes:

  1. To cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at (03) 9740 0222 at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
  2. Failure to notify Heat n Dine with at least 24 hours notice, or not showng for your pickup without any contact; Heat n Dine will not partially or fully refund your order.


Late Pickup:

  1. If you are unable to pick up your order during the designated pickup hours, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative pickup time.
